Listings contain business information from public websites or reviewed submissions. Sources are shown on business profiles.

Recommendation and Scout-interest forms collect the details you choose to submit. These are stored privately for review. Recommender names, email addresses and internal attribution are not published in the directory. Scout-interest contact details are also saved in JRIG’s GoHighLevel CRM with a Scout-interest label; they are not enrolled in Johnny’s List business outreach.

When you use an inspector directory, its attribution is recorded with your submission. Eligible business submissions are sent to our GoHighLevel CRM for Johnny’s List verification outreach, which may include automated voicemail and text. A third-party submission is not business-owner consent, and existing Do Not Disturb preferences are preserved. The originating company and submitter are recorded privately for referral attribution.

To reduce spam, the submission service stores a hashed network identifier. We do not require a homeowner account. Hosting providers may process technical logs needed to operate the service.
